After working with Dr. Tomeka for 2 months through health coaching, she taught me the details of what was in the food I was eating and gave me a customized meal plan to select foods that would improve my health and reverse my Pre-Diabetes. She coached me on lifestyle changes and most importantly kept me accountable. I went to my personal doctor after 2 months of working with Dr. Tomeka, and my HgA1c had decreased to 5.1%.
